Pros

Good culture. The company is more invested in its employees compared to most.

Cons

Pay could be better. Some of our tools we use on our day to day need to be overhauled.

Pros

The leaders provide a lot of tools to help you achieve quota. You have support if you reach out, but if you don't take steps to get support, you're on your own (which I believe to be healthy in some ways). Good base pay. Good benefits. If you have a slower month, they give grace, and really work with you to figure out a solution.

Cons

The commission structure penalizes slower months too heavily, which negates the benefit gained from a better month. Lowest on the totem pole in terms of pay, and benefits relating to in office add ons (i.e. catered lunch, work from home). Cold calling is pretty difficult in general.
