Good Employees, Bad Management

Pros

Overall, the individual employees are great! They are great to work with, there are fun events. Pay was fine. There was a lot of flexibility/autonomy when it came to work from home.

Cons

I feel like there is an overall lack of direction/focus for the company. New initiatives and goals are rolled out constantly, and there is so much shifting around that it feels like no one can ever truly dig in and excel at what they do.

Great culture/service that makes it easy to sell. Team atmosphere companywide Support departments work very hard to help sales. great Tech stack Strong commission plan Strong Leadership at CEO level.
