Pros

Service Express is a diamond in the rough. I've worked for several large IT companies from helpdesk, deskside support, and field service engineering. This company, unlike other companies i've worked for, is very concerned about compensating employees for what they do. Instead of providing bonuses to employees once a year, the company shares its profits with us by compensating us really well with great pay, generous paid time off, and an excellent work/life balance.

Cons

Due to the size of the company, we fall under a smaller group insurance plan. I'm used to working with very large companies, where group contributions are much larger, hence providing much better insurance benefits. As we group, i'm sure, we will see much better insurance benefits.

Pros

This company has a very positive future and outlook, great staff at all levels. Support channels were well above average. Training was very informative and not over bearing, the coaching staff was excellent. Company perks are well above avg. Takes team building to another level

Cons

Not all territories are the same, yet regardless your Quota is the same. The potential of a top 10 or 20 US City is very much different vs. smaller territories. That was the only frustration I had while employed. Theres always something at any place, but nothing that would keep me from wanting to go back if the opportunity presented itself.

Pros

Benefits are good considering the size of the company.

Cons

Overwork, under appreciated. Management are disconnected from reality. They try every trick to cut down your pay, especially when it comes to overtime. Mileage reimbursement is abysmal. They are so cheap especially when it has to do with the field engineer. Sales are getting unlimited fund.. Field engineer not at all. If they could service customer without using us they would in a heart beat. Oh, they are never wrong.
