Pros

People / colleagues were good help each other and camaraderie was brilliant.

Cons

Everyone lives in fear of their Job. Recent load of redundancies dealt with poorly with little respect. HR lead and HR director could learn to be honest and show empathy and compassion.

Big office, training, and you have 1:1s every 2 weeks

Cons

Low pay, people get promoted based off politics such as how leaders feel about you even if you’re a rockstar. You’ll notice other employees get promoted before you, and their numbers are not up there
