      Pros

      The everyday coworkers make the company tolerable and family like. Great place to work if you like consistent and at times mundane work and go home at 5pm. Some managers are really impressive humans.

      Cons

      The executive management / ownership make short sided decisions that only benefit them, its been proven time & time again. The egregious "gaslighting" to employees is intolerable.

      This company offers a great platform for personal and professional growth. They prioritize career development with numerous growth opportunities. The competitive pay is a strong incentive and reflects the company's values. There is a variety of challenging work that keeps me engaged.

      Cons

      There is an older mindset when it comes to vacation/PTO where you do not earn more vacation time until you have been with the company for approximately 7 years. This is not as competitive as other industries.
