Pros

Good benefits, decent reimbursement program for safety shoes and prescription safety glasses

Cons

Pay rates far below national average, across multiple positions. Little to no room for advancement, and the GM in the Phoenix Facility is condescending and entitled. Spending is ridiculous too, I worked in the maintenance department, and there is no inventory system; if we couldn't find a machine part, amongst a sea of loose parts, the GM would just order more parts we already had.

The pay and work schedule are good.

Cons

Company culture and way of doing things hasn't caught up with the 21st century. Very poor management as things are delegated and nothing gets accomplished in a timely fashion or are ignored because no one will make a decision.
