Pros

Good benefits and brand recognition.

Cons

KLPZ, micro management, favoritism, lack of leadership, lack of integrity, low pay, long hours, outside sales turned into a telemarketing position, dead end position, finger pointing, constant turnover, 80% of time reading scripts and making bogus phone calls for manager's reports and 20% of the time to meet with customers and make sales and money.

Most coworkers were helpful and friendly. The company is in a time of transition, so it was nice to be a part of the improvement process.

Cons

There is a lot of concern about certain brands within the company, so the office felt the stress of negative customer reviews and the pressure to quickly improve the brand's image.
