angry staff, constant monitoring of performance, lack of vision, ambiguous commission structure, questionable motives and policies.

Pros

Laid back environment; diverse group of people; flexible work schedule

Cons

lots of changes very quickly without notice; 90 day wait for benefits to start; local management tight with spending budget; no employee dinners; no free services or products for employees; building old (hot in the summer; cold in the winter); needs lots of repairs; outside appearance poor condition considering the nature of the business; no room for advancement locally (must move)

Pros

Working with the some of the brands is great as each has its own management. Co-workers made this a good place to work.

Cons

Corporate is not well organized and the changing of very senior management doesn't help with stability. Layoffs happen unexpectedly.
