Pretty terrible bosses aside from one. Horrible work conditions and hours and management.

Pros

Looks great on a resume', it seems they are moving in the right direction with the spin-off of TruGreen, and their IT overhaul was the right thing to do. Fantastic community service-oriented culture.

Cons

Extremely hierarchical, somewhat low morale, employees don't trust leadership in many cases. No bonuses below manager level. Very hard to navigate through career opportunities.
