Pros

ServiceMaster of Kalamazoo provided many opportunities for personal growth and development. On the job training with bosses that were vested in seeing you succeed. I liked the small company feel where management and employees knew each other and were working towards the same goals. There was also a fun company culture and opportunities to participate in company sponsored events. For instance, each year there was some kind of employee "thank you" that was sponsored by the company and gave time for food and fellowship outside of normal work hours.

Cons

Limited paid time off, sometimes long hours (but the bonus structure was nice when long hours / on call hours were required for disaster recovery work).
