Pros

ServiceMaster in the past has been a good place to work. Depending on your role and your direct manager, it can be very good. The co-workers are great, and there is camaraderie.

Cons

The owners and leaders of the company change every two years or more. Current leadership cares only about stripping the company to the bare bones to sell or go public. Once the leaders get their payday, they will be gone. There is no concern for associate's individual contributions.
