Pros

company vehicle, company shirts provided. Able to help customers in time of disaster. Co workers are decent people.

Cons

no room for advancement, no bonuses ever, no rewarding hard working dedicated employees, having to be on call 24 hrs a day a week and weekend a month so expect calls at all hours of night and early mornings.
