Pros

very understanding, and willing to work with you. steady hours.

Cons

be prepared to work very long days during the busy season. lunch breaks are rarely enforced, as well as 15 minute rest periods. though more an employee problem.

Pros

The people I worked with were great. I really enjoyed the atmosphere there and made a lot of friends within my work group.

Cons

As an IT employee, the recent decision to outsource IT functions to IBM left me completely out in the cold. Although I was selected to stay on, I chose to leave based on the lack of advancement opportunities for IT personnel that would exist in a company with no IT functions of their own.
