Awful company

Pros

The only good thing I can say is that the job is easy. Like any other cleaning job.

Cons

Dodgy practices. They don't give you a copy of your contract straight away which leads to legal complications. Minimum to no respect for employees, as they are consider as numbers, not people. I strongly encourage anyone to be very careful.

Pros

Flexible work hours, enjoyed my cowrkers

Cons

Position was originally advertised as a work from home position after being in the office for 2 months, but they never allowed anyone to transfer to work from home positions. Gave everyone a one week notice that they were closing all CSR positions, unless you worked at one of the main call centers.
