Pros

Servicemaster treats its employees well and actively looks to promote from with in.

Cons

Communication. I think this is honestly a fault in most large corporations. Different departments have different needs and attempt to solve their own problems. That inherently is good. However sometimes it conflicts with someone else's problem that they are trying to solve for their department

Pros

Helping customer’s with water/mold/fire damage in their home. Work as a team. The money is what you put in. Work overtime as much as you want. Different jobs everyday. Never boring. Plenty of opportunity.

Cons

Not sure when you’re getting off due to water losses or fire losses coming in late. The pro is getting paid more for after hours for it.
