Pros

The teamwork, the transparency of management, my manager is amazing. She understands that I need a work/life balance and supports any way she can. I can talk to her about anything and feel like she will take me seriously and help in any way she can.

Cons

Health insurance needs improvement but they are trying. You have to use all your PTO by the end of the year or lose it.

Really nice headquarters that will hopefully stay open.

Cons

Holding company has lost the essence of what made SVM a great place to work. After almost a decade of massive turnover, the organization doesn't know who it is or where it is going. It's been a bad series of decisions since CD&R took over and really poor board management since it went public again.
