The ability to use the internet to find a new job!

*Current supervisor micromanages the department, if you have a complaint and go to upper management or HR they will retaliate against you, low wages, you have to brown nose if you want to be treated fairly. *The IT department is so behind and they have lot of people that have no experience *Very boring company, that does not give back to the employees *High turnover rate *Frequent layoffs, especially if you are not brown nosing *No flexibility * Does not care about your personal life
