corporate is greedy and does not advertise enough to keep up with ServPro. They do not help their franchisees get leads nearly enough

Pros

Work environment is great, attire is pretty casual. Lots of very smart people to work with. Lots of opportunity for improving technology landscape. Work life balance is good, but they will take whatever you are willing to give.

Cons

Can be slow to change and is a little silo'd.

Some truly amazing people work there.

Cons

Overworked and underpaid. Stuck in the past when money walked in the door and ServePro wasn't eroding their market share. Diversity is not present. Political views are shared from the executive team. What you do on Sunday mornings strongly effects your upward mobility.
