Hard to get hold of if you need to speak to someone

The managers are nothing but bullies, they speak to you and treat you how they please which is disgraceful. They told one colleague 'your appearance and hygeine is on amber/red scale, meaning its disgusting, sort yourself out'. The lady then left the company in floods of tears, after getting the job to help her with her anxiety and to get back into the world again attempting to gain confidence. Another manager talks to you inappropriately about her sex life and anything she has picked up along the way, while on site. The way they speak to you is appalling and if you report it to anyone above them it simply gets shut down and you basically get told to resign or result in unpleasantness until you do resign. 9 times out of 10 you don't have any proper support or cleaning products, you have to use what you can get your hands on, which results in not being able to do the job properly and then getting a good telling off for it, you hardly ever have cleaning products, you make do with what you have and it's nothing but stress.
