Pros

The staff are the best to work with always friendly and management was the same. A comfortable and professional environment

Cons

The customers can at times be difficult to deal with, but that is the nature of CS. Admin. may get the brunt when crews/mgmnt are too busy to make calls. Hours can be extended at times, although, I never had a problem with it personally. The whole team pitched in. Main complaint was, wages were not commensurate with experience or efforts/work. Management didn't make benefits available to all staff equally (??)
