Pros

Decent pay for the work involved & very easy to get along with. They always had plenty of contracts so I had as much work as I wanted/needed

Cons

Working by yourself sometimes can be challenging due to time constraints versus the amount of work involved and it's hard to get an extra hand because they don't have many other technicians that do back-up

Pros

Great employee base of like two people. Owner tightwad. I liked doing the programs just wish I had been properly trained.

Cons

Unfair wages. Unclear assignment and project duties. I have never in my life had a boss tell me " I don't really need you tomorrow. Absurd. Had to ask to be paid for the week or biweekly. Direct deposit never set up right. The list goes on.

Flexible working hours , ability to work at a constant pace , supplies always at a steady and available place , work place very pleasant to be in .

Cons

Pay rate desirable , not enough hours , having to travel from site to site and having to punch in and out each time .
