Lower than advertised pay Small Company = Little chance of promotions Expensive health insurance ($1200 for myself and wife and child) High Turnover in non sales roles

Each franchise is independently owned and operated, and decisions related to their daily operations, like employee compensation and benefits, are made at the discretion of the local business owner. Can get some really poor customers. Corporate is awful, pay is low. Consistently on call
