Pros

The job is fun, dynamic and greatly beneficial to clients. I'd hire them to perform work.

Cons

The actual employment. Underpaid, under appreciated. A dead-end job. You're either a poor technician or a rich franchise owner. I'd rather advise friend or family to actually work there.
