Pros

Proactive people who are excited to accomplish measurable work, make a difference in the company, and grow to $16+B. Good benefits, work from home, travel opportunity, product diversity, innovation, ability to scale.

Cons

It's a grind. Lots of hustle. If you like to work, this is the place to be. Some people are in senior roles for the first time which makes for a lot of bumps and learning along the way. Seems very political (I'm new - only a couple months on the job).

Pros

Great organisation with strong market presence. Sales, SC, and product orgs are mature and benefited from outstanding leadership.

Cons

Some sub-orgs are highly toxic. Security especially. Bad hires breed bad hires. Bullies hire bullies to validate their own poor behavior. Internal conflict and turf-wars are rife. Lots of great people around but lacking leadership that inspires followership rather than fear.
