Very poor middle management. ServiceNow, like most companies make the mistake of promoting strong doers to leadership roles, not understanding that leadership are COMPLETELY DIFFERENT from individual contributor roles. It's pretty clear that leadership is focused on high growth and market positioning at the determent of neglecting employees. It's very political here--the worst I've ever seen in my 15+ years in big tech. If you're on the right team where your leader is blessed from the top, then it's great. If not, you're not going to get the time of day and suffer from little to no recognition and career development.
