Pros

2nd largest SaaS company in the world, faster pace than Salesforce.com at the comparable growth period. Vision to impact the way the whole enterprise works. Great people, performance-based culture.

Cons

Hyper-growth can be stressful and is not for anyone looking for a 9-5 job. Go work at Oracle or the like if you want a cruise ship. This is a different kind of ship - a rocket ship.

Pros

Good people. Challenging environment. Lots of opportunity for anyone willing to dig in and make a difference.

Cons

This is a software development company at heart and so they are really focused on building the platform and core applications. They are less interested in developing their professional services organization which is problematic for those working for that portion of the business.
