Pros

-Out of everyone I know in the tech industry, this company provides the best work life balance. -Working with interesting technology. -Workflow is smooth with in house systems for almost every part of the job.

Cons

-Opportunities to learn and grow are there but not encouraged. -Highly internal tooling is good for workflow but not as good for developing marketable skills outside of the company.

Work often feels overwhelming, with too many approvers, numerous group chats, constant urgency, and last-minute calls.
