Pros

- More stable than the rest of the industry - Great work/life balance - Optimistic outlook for products - Reasonable quotas for sales org

Cons

- Pay and benefits could be more competitive but this is outweighed by the pros - Lately there has been more bloated bureaucracy - AI trends causing rapid shifts in GTM strategy (not exclusive to SN)

Pros

Great Product, Roadmap, Leadership, and Culture. The customers get value from our products, and the architecture allows us to provide additional value as we expand our portfolio for our customers.

Cons

Onboarding is good, but could be better with an in-person portion. Marketing needs to do a better job of articulating the benefits the platform and portfolio.
