      There seem to be frequent changes across the organization in response to a lot of growth happening for the business.

      Pros

      Used to be the best pace to work when I started almost 10 years ago.

      Cons

      Ask me a few years ago and I would say this is the best place to work. Now though, the awesome culture has gone in most organizations. People are worked to the bone and it is very stressful. There is high turnover and pay is not competitive. The stock price has been outperformed by most technology over the past few years. Years of high growth are gone.
