-Fast Paced -good amount of autonomy -Products are STRONG -Stock Options and ESPP -Fantastic benefits -ROCKET SHIP

Cons

-Fast paced - hold on to your hats and still experiencing 'growing pains' - be open to do more vs. your job description -Customers move FAST in this arena - so be prepared to have a dynamic work schedule. -Company is very cautious with hiring (normally, this would be a pro, but we have some resources that are the ONLY resources for the entire USA as an example - so spread thin).

Great people working together for company success. Opportunities for position movement given consistent growth.

Cons

Virtual nature of many positions inhibits team building and developing network/friendships - but given everyone is pretty nice, just an issue we face in the new work paradigm.
