Good pay, good work environment, and opportunities

Cons

Behavior at the senior level is driven by politics, not transparent, performance reviews revolve around senior level perceptions versus meeting goals and driving business forward as determined by your boss, bad behavior cross functionally is allowed

- Product is amazing and having the ability to interact with the product makes you feel very engaged. - The benefits are continuing to get better (401k match, parental leave, etc.)

Cons

- LOTS of layers of management - Leadership is a little narcissistic - Teams operate in silos
