Pros

The company provides good benefits for employees and their families. Offices are well equiped. Work/life balance is great.

Cons

Management runs the business as usual, that means that you should do what you asked to do. Your ideas are most likely be ignored. Linear management rarely have a clear vision on what they want to achieve, and hardly admits errors. Loyalty is the key for promotions, in spite of incompetence. The overall codebase is quite awful and nobody cares.

Cons

The trainers are unqualified and have no concept of efficiency. Management is tone deaf. Plays favorites and promotes people based solely off "vibes". They've had 2 or 3 mass layoffs of entry level and higher employees when they should be replacing supervisors and management
