Solid product in a tough industry

Pros

Career growth has gotten better than when I first started a few years back. ServiceTitan has a tonne of very talented and driven people. Top reps are well rewarded.

Cons

Very limited stock options. TAM is shrinking. Culture has changed significantly but a full WFH schedule is mostly to blame. Overall very corporate feel. I feel like a number rather than an actual person.
