      Great learning path for beginners. Awesome people to work with. Good benefits and pay.

      Cons

      Unobtainable quota more aggressive since having investors down their necks. Too much focus on quantity of dials rather than quality of conversations with prospects. Management tries but often is very disorganized. High turn over rate. High stress - if you miss quota one month your out if you are not pacing to quota the next. Sad to see so much wasted talent.

      Pros

      Too many to list. However, I will state that this is not your average Tech Firm. ServiceTitan is a rocket ship destined for the stars. More importantly, the reason why they are is that the company, as a whole, values their employees. Sure, the job isn't easy and sometimes you may be overworked, but no matter what you have to do, there will be a team right behind you supporting your every move.
