      - Great co-workers - Great benefits - 100% Remote / WFH Set Up Bonus - Company Transparency

      Cons

      - It says unlimited PTO - it's limited - Was expected to work Company holidays (while other teams were off) - Managerial Favoritism - No trust

      -Cultures pretty good, people are helpful for the most part. -Good place to start your career if you have no experience.

      Cons

      -Impossible quotas -When you inevitably dont hit your qouta your out (no job security). -low pay and high expectations. -burnout is unavoidable. -they are okay with having a 3-4 month turnover rate with SDRs. -managenent knows you probably wont be there long so the general consensus is just to work you to death while you're there before you leave.
