      Pros

      This is probably going to be the most honest review you will see. Lets start with the positive. The staff team are nice. The first few months were great, they were understandable and most of the staff does care but other than that it all went down hill from there.

      Cons

      False promises Unethical behavior Favoritism Inconsistency Have seen numerous of my staff get fired for little reason. I at least know 7 people who got fired a week after training. Some of those people quit their job to join service titan only to be given excuses of why they got let go. Oh and the most important thing, some our bitter enough to take money away from your paycheque. Talk about showing power and being unethical.

      Pros

      Recruiters and onboarding team were incredibly helpful and energetic. Unfortuantely many were recently let go.

      Cons

      Enterprise Project Management leadership is awful. Worst boss and micro-manager I've ever dealt with. Does not communicate. If members of her team request off she just delegates the work without any communication. They change the internal processes of the team weekly. Zero consistency internally and poor project management tools (lol at google sheets) leads to poor results with the client. Clients are left confused and frustrated with the implementation process. The software is clunky and incredibly difficult to use. Sales will make promises they can't keeep.
