Pros

The work culture is very young and vibrant. It's a pleasure to work and interact with everyone. The leadership practices great transparency. The pay is quite good and there's unlimited PTO.

Cons

While on my team work/life balance is very important, there are clearly some teams that are pushed and work too much and, although their hard work is recognized, I wish there was a larger emphasis on work/life balance. There also is a large issue with career growth within the company; you may be able to climb the ladder a couple of rungs, but anything more would likely be a lateral move to another team.

Pros

Best in class product. The software can transform a small mom-and-pop shop in to a professional well-organized machine. ServiceTitan advertises contractors can "work on the business instead of in the business". Flex PTO Work from Home Co-workers were mostly nice Good tech stack: Salesforce/ Salesloft, Gong

Cons

Middle management is in place to micro-manage employees. As others have also mentioned in their reviews, the mantra is: What have you done for me lately? If you hit quota, management will mostly leave you alone. If you are not hitting quota you will be constantly harassed about increasing dials and talk time. The leads are garbage, and reps are expected to call the same shops every week even if the shop told you they are not interested and to stop calling.
