Pros

They care about their customers and their employees. The top execs have great vision and they have almost no competition in an enormous market.

Cons

I have had the opportunity to work in different teams, I can tell employee experience can be drastically different depending on which team you are on. I think there is lots of room to create universal culture that helps all employees to enjoy.

Pros

Company culture is AMAZING! The management has been very supportive and helpful. Even working cross-departmentally, everyone is still so supportive and willing to help.

Cons

Not a con, just a heads up. It's a fast pace so you need to be able to keep up! I just completed my 90 days and that's all I have so far.
