Pays the bills, but at what cost?

Pros

Depending on your team, you can work with and learn from some really talented and hard-working folks. Pay, at least for my team, is generally great.

Cons

Leadership has become AI-pilled. You know those videos you see on Tiktok of people making fun of their execs forcing AI into every conversation and wanting to AI-ify everything? Here, it's not a meme: they are incredibly serious. A few dim bulbs on the exec leadership team where the bros with the loudest voices get their way. Finally, working here is psychologically exhausting. Everything is urgent, stakes are high, mistakes are amplified and we're hit with sporadic layoffs.

Pros

The product is great! One thing about ST is that they put a lot of care and thought into their product. They’re always looking to innovate. The culture is great too - Remote first and for the most part everyone is friendly.

Cons

The relationship between the AE and SDR teams could be better. SDRs have meetings with high level personas DQ’d due to not being part of the short list of personas to go after.
