      Pros

      The culture: Everyone wants you to win/succeed. We regularly have SPIFFs going and contests for cash to promote success. One amazing thing is tenured employees are always available to meet with newer Titans. I've never seen anyone turned down when wanting to meet with someone to ask for tips etc. Remote work: I work from home and have the ability to have a somewhat flexible schedule. Management really want everyone to succeed. I have a great relationship with my manager. ServiceTitan is a fun place to be.

      Great company. If you enjoy helping other companies succeed, great product to sale! Tons of opportunity to grow. Great Benefits. For being remote, a lot of effort is put into getting to know one another. Would highly recommend.
