Pros

Company culture is AMAZING! The management has been very supportive and helpful. Even working cross-departmentally, everyone is still so supportive and willing to help.

Cons

Not a con, just a heads up. It's a fast pace so you need to be able to keep up! I just completed my 90 days and that's all I have so far.

Pros

1. Work and life balance. I really mean it, especially with the opportunity to work from remote(from anywhere you want) you can spend your time as you want to. 2. Plenty of perks. They just keep coming, with the company’a growth the founders like to give and share with the rest of us. 3. Constant growth and learning. Within a short period of time you can advance in your career.

Cons

I believe there is almost none. Though one thing that comes to my mind is that you can see across engineering teams engineers who are Senior engineers with level 3 but have a technical knowledge of a Junior. I believe that comes a lot from managers and directors who are either Inexperienced or sympathetic towards number of engineers and so they are promoting them.
