      Some of the smartest people I've ever worked with, chance to work on really great problems, and the company has a large opportunity ahead of it. Benefits are amazing.

      Cons

      Prioritizing well is tough for companies that grow as fast and have as much opportunity as ST does.

      Pros

      Good people, perks are decent. A lot of benefits, but not great ones.

      Cons

      Place is a totally ridiculous. There is absolutely no real business structure in place, and management just makes things up as they go. Jobs have endless titles, no one knows what they're truly doing, people are laid off constantly. They literally lay people off from a position, and then a week later they're hiring for that same spot. They use all the benefits and environment to mask the fact that they don't actually care about their employees or know how to run a business.
