      Great product and leadership, terrible culture at team level

      - great product - valued the senior leaders

      Cons

      - the culture of my specific team was not a good fit - the communication was off, lacked transparency, and did not value teamwork - my manager did not have the necessary skills to lead a team (constructive feedback, direct/specific communication, not a collaborator)

      Positive overall experience, but a lack of maturity at the top

      Pros

      The people. Got to work with some of the most intelligent, creative, wonderful people here. Depending on where you sit, you'll also have the opportunity to make an impact -- though the company has matured in some ways, there's still room to change things up and move the needle if you can make a case for yourself.

      Cons

      Again, your experience will largely depend on where you sit in the org, but there is definitely a lack of leadership maturity. The "boy's club" theme is recurring because it's true and because it's true at the very top. Most of the people you'll meet here are wonderful but there are some bad players whose bad behavior is tolerated and even rewarded. This is pretty discouraging to see and totally contradictory to company values, but it still happens. Big lack of diversity at the top too, even more so now with the layoffs.
