Pros

Decent pay and remote work.

Cons

Condescending micromanagement with no boundaries or respect; you may be called to work off hours and past midnight and will be berated all the while. No supported path to career development, and broken promises of promotion after goals met. Failure to acknowledge or reward accomplishments, even if highly valuable to user experience and company reputation. Frequent changes of management and additional responsibilities piled on without additional time to do them. Bloated systems that are terribly buggy and often take hours to compile and run. Avoid like the plague now that they’ve IPO-ed and the lure of pre-IPO options is gone.

Pros

I loved the people that I got the chance to meet not only from within the company but also the clients i got to help and support.

Cons

SeviceTitan doesn't really know what they're doing. In the short 2 1/2 years that they've bought and owned the company I worked for (FieldRoutes) we have had 2 huge layoffs. Being with the company for 7 years and coming from an era where you're use to seeing the company double and triple in size each year, makes you wondering what is going on in leadership. This was not what was promised when you first introduced yourself to you us.

Pros

Virtually met some great people. The manager that I had really wanted us to succeed and was available at any time. Base salary was okay at $60k (paid at an hourly rate of $28.84 if I recall correctly) and the benefits were great.

Cons

Account list is filled with companies that are either not in business, do not fit ICP, heavily recycled or all of the above. It's sales so I get it, leads are never going to be perfect but I have never ever experienced them being that bad. Most of my cohort were gone by 3-5 months. The fact that the sales managers would say "if you can last here longer than 6 months you can last anywhere" speaks how terrible this place was in regards to opportunities. If you are looking to get into tech/software sales I would advise you not to start here. It will give you a terrible taste and most companies do not operate like this one. SDR's are running the entire discovery calls and are constantly getting their meetings DQ'd for any reason the AE can find. I don't blame them though, I'm sure they have to go through their own set of unrealistic metrics.
