Great coworkers but overwhelming workload and poor culture

Pros

Time off policy Some managers and teammates are the best of the best and truly care about each other and customers.

Cons

Underpaid for the amount of work you do. Constantly shifting priorities that add additional work for no additional pay. Some changes even make you lose pay, like bonus and performance structure changes. Culture that incentivizes leaders to not care and cause burnout for their direct reports. Rampant favoritism across all departments. 10% of the workforce does 90% of the work. Significant lack of QA and training make doing your core responsibilities impossible. Systems are designed to make you fail. Benefits have increasingly gotten worse to cut costs despite all time high in revenue each year.

high turn-out rate. hiring and firing within a few months. Depending on your team, you can come across with many types of bosses. Some are manipulative and highly abusive. You don't get the reward or respect you deserve.
