Pros

None - except for the healthcare benefits

Cons

I've never written a job review before, but what's happening in ServiceTitan’s Sales Development department is brutal. What used to be a solid role with decent pay and clear expectations has turned into a mess. Multipliers were slashed, so you now have to perform 20% better just to get paid 30% less. Quotas are unrealistic, and it feels like leadership is just waiting to PIP or fire most of the team. The new leadership—brought in from Salesforce—has made things worse. They skipped over internal talent and stacked the team with outside hires, crushing morale. The disconnect between leadership and reality on the floor is staggering. The worst part? The way opportunity credit is handled. You can set up a qualified demo with an owner who clearly shows buying intent, but if they end up buying "off books" or change direction, you get nothing. The AE isn’t even incentivized to make the sale in those cases. You only get credit if the deal closes exactly as scoped—so even if the company wins, you lose. I've lost count of how many legit meetings I booked that I never got credit for. It's demoralizing and insane. I wake up angry and frustrated every day. Morale is in the gutter. Can’t wait to get out.

Pros

Some of the work challenges were interesting but 0 support and you’re forced to lie to the ICs reporting under you regarding performance reviews. Have to score ppl lower regardless of using their rubric and r having evidence.

Cons

Leadership is incredibly poor in all aspects. Work until you drop. Layoff central. Horrible work culture.

Pros

Pay is great unlimited PTO 4.9/5 start health insurance (prices went up a bit this year but still really good) very relaxed work environment Lots of tool automation.

Cons

Automation tools in github are extremely slow and will stop on broken unit tests which may hide other broken tests down the line requiring multiple runs to see everything that broke. The monolith project takes ages to spin up and begin working on. My work laptop has 64GB of memory and it's not even close to enough to run everything I need on a daily basis. There are days I need to run 5 C# applications with an additional 2 UI projects. I've had to limit the amount of memory my docker containers can use to help mitigate my VS from crashing due to lack of memory. There are instances where VS is already 'loaded' but doing stuff in the background and even just scrolling the current file causes the machine to freeze up and take a while. The deployment process is an absolute nightmare to try and wrap your head around. So many dates about when things are being locked down and have to be tested by. It feels like every 2 weeks there's a new deployment deadline that takes QA resources away from the team. The communication between teams is very much on a 'need to know' kind of basis where I've asked managers who have been at the company for 5+ years how something works on a high level and they have no idea. Due to the lack of cross team communication I feel there is a severe lack of growth opportunity here at ST. I definitely have days where I feel like a 'Code Monkey'.
