      Pay is good, like many companies less so on the perks these days, but I'll take less snacks in the kitchen than no raise at the end fo the year. All in all there's a lot to be learned here and room to grow especially from folks looking to get into management

      Cons

      High expecations in line with salary, expecations vary across departments dramatically and you may find that others seem to be doing nothing while your team is swamped, but such is life
