Pros

Good base pay, great co workers (if your lucky).

Cons

This is a not a company you will grow in. You will see people come and go some of it is because people quit, others times are because they fire people pretty easily here. But in terms of growth, you will not see it. There are people who have been in the same role for 3 years with no promotion to AE. In fact there was an SDR who has been at ServiceTitan for 3 years, good rep, had great months, but had a few bad months and they let him go. My first day on the Job my manager told me the AEs are not your friends and he was right. The system is pitted against you. The AEs are financially motivated to DQ your meetings and will do everything in their power to do so. We have a specific ICP and the AE's will ask questions in a certain way to get the meeting DQed or even go through your previous conversations with the customer to find a way to DQ it. You will spend a lot of time working on a lead, and when you finally get a demo scheduled, the AE will find a way to DQ your meeting. On top of all this, ever since the company went public, Things have gotten worse. SDRs used to be able to have huge months where they make like 10k, with the new comission structure that is no longer possible. The commission is less and now theres also a cap, and its pretty much impossible to even get to that cap in the first place

Pros

Work from home Good managers that are understanding and helpful Best product on the market (also most expensive)

Cons

You're cold calling, but that's what you sign up for I don't feel like the leads they gave were very fresh or new. Often times you're calling someone that your coworker on a different team just called every week for the last 3 months and now it's your turn. Having a minimum # of calls to make a day sometimes doesn't make sense when you know certain people are only available certain days and times and other's arent worth calling back to back days or you risk harming the relationship with the potential customers

Pros

Great on-boarding team, free lunch, great office amenities

Cons

The training is a lot to learn and they expect you to know all of it for 20.00 an hour. The 14 weeks of training, nesting supervisors were rude and very unorganized. No one is ever on the same page. They use fear mongering and talk down on you during nesting. Also it's hybrid so they expect you to be in their building because if company culture, but the same building holds people who don't like to greet you when you greet them first.
