Technically advanced, industry leader, and corporate support. You are proud to represent the brand and have many resources available to get job done.

Cons

Working for independent owner of franchise puts you in position of being tied to this persons personal character more than the brand's reputation.

Pros

Easy to get away with just going through the motions if you are willing to sacrifice your personal integrity.

Cons

Dictatorial senior and middle management, total lack of respect for franchise owners, false Christian atmosphere, hypocrites abound especially in the ownership. The only way to keep your job, which several have learned, is to sacrifice your personal integrity and have a complete disregard for the truth and honesty in dealing with people, their lives and property. Only a few token minority employees. No originality, this entire company is a “middle-man” preying upon the uneducated and unsophisticated. Almost all corporate employees lack any experience or formal education and only have their jobs because they are willing to do anything for a paycheck. Extremely low morale. All three owners are egotistical, self-righteous and vain to the highest degree.
