Pros
A stable and growing company in an economy which is really struggling. Steady paycheck and no worries about it not clearing.
Cons
Where to start!! The politics and needless management in this place is crazy! This company has a few key people in "management" positions who have no business being there. And yet they remain. The executive committee are more interested in whether or not you wear a tie than in what you can bring to the company talent-wise. And don't even begin to think you can introduce a fresh idea. HR is a joke- they are simply "agents" for the company and are incompetent. But most gaulling of all is the psudeo-Christianity that is prevalent there.
